Brief

Enhancing Public Transportation Experience through Collaborative Design

A collaborative venture among three leading public transportation service providers aimed to revolutionize the user experience by introducing a digital card for seamless travel across buses and trains. The project involved intricate collaboration between the companies and integration with the Pango app.

Role

I undertook the responsibility of designing the entire user interface for various aspects of the project, such as the purchase process, loading, user profile management, and other essential actions. The challenge was to seamlessly integrate these features into the established design language of the Pango app, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly experience.

Challenges Faced

1. Design Language: Adapting screens to match Pango app's unique design language posed a significant challenge, involving adjustments to buttons, icons, colors, tabs, menus, shadows, and backgrounds for aesthetic harmony.

2. Functional Alignment: Achieving alignment with the app's functional intricacies required a deep understanding and integration of each step, ensuring a seamless user journey from card purchase to usage.

3. Collaboration with Pango Studio: Adaptation necessitated close with Pango Studio to maintain consistency, crucial for seamlessly integrating new features 
into the app.

Outcome

The successful integration of the digital card feature into the Pango app resulted in an enhanced public transportation experience for users. The project demonstrated the effectiveness of collaborative design efforts in adapting to unique design languages and functional requirements.
