Brief
The platform supports all stages of the policy lifecycle, from proposals, production, policy changes, cancellation, or renewal, while utilizing the full potential of the advanced document generator. Users can automate all policy-related activities securely within their personal area, managing them intuitively and with complete transparency throughout the process.
Role
I chose this in order to amplify the design of the personal area and bringing to life the possible actions.
This involved creating an intuitive interface where users can easily navigate through all stages of the policy lifecycle, including proposal submissions, policy adjustments, cancellations, and renewals. Leveraging the advanced capabilities of the document generator, users can automate these tasks securely within their personal space. The design allows users to manage their policies with clarity and confidence.

Outcome
The request for a redesign was rushed and brief, the design looked good and improved the personal area. I got good feedback from the CEO and lots of compliments. But, there were problems in reality. Sadly, because there wasn't enough time for planning and I didn't have all the information about the system, there were gaps in terms of different situations and options for actions that weren't included in the new design.
