Brief
Micronet sells Android devices to the fleet market and needs to remotely update the OS/app. They currently use a third-party app but are developing Micronet OTA (Over The Air update) features. Key entities include "Manifest-Location" for assigning devices to domains/subdomains and "Manifest" for instructing clients on updates. Campaigns group devices with the same manifest, and campaigns can be for a single or multiple devices.
Role
Create the user interface for Micronet's operational system. This involved designing and developing the operational dashboard, which provides a comprehensive and user-friendly overview of devices, campaigns, and update actions. Your work as a designer included graphic design, creating a pleasant and user-friendly user experience, and producing a simple and easy-to-use interface that facilitates efficient management of the system and devices.
Outcome
My design for Micronet's operational system was successful, resulting in improved user satisfaction, enhanced efficiency. My contributions played a crucial role in delivering a user-centric and effective solution that met the needs of both users and the organization.
